Is there a written pattern for The Witch Way Afghan? I don’t have the patience to sit through a video, and would really like to make it.
Hi Judy, I don’t think there is, but make sure by contacting the author of the design 🙂
I think that I want to start the pinwheel blanket after I finish all my Christmas projects. I love filet crochet!
Love the which way filet! I’m a lefty, so I figured it out from the picture. I’m using turquoise ombre yarn and it is amazing! Looking forward to trying out other patterns.
There is a printable pattern of the Which Way Filet on Ravelry. It is by Mary J. Stephens and is called “FIFTY SHADES OF FAIRY”. It is a paid pattern (about $4.50 in US currency) and is available as a square or a rectangle and has a gorgeous border. It is in UK terminology with a chart at the end to help convert to US terminology. She first had it on Ravelry as a free pattern called “Fairy Slippers Blanket”, then there was some dispute, and now it is back in this format.
What’s the difference between the two which way fillet patterns?
There is no pattern on ravelry for which way filet. The link takes you to the video. If you want a written pattern slow the speed of the video down and watch and write down the directions
